Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Eligible for Return
- Items received damaged or defective
- Incorrect items shipped (wrong SKU, size, or specification)
- Unused items in original sealed packaging
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Electrical components that have been energised
- Items returned after 14 days without prior authorisation
- Consumables (abrasives, lubricants, fasteners) once opened
How to Initiate a Return
- Email sales@firstsupply.ng with your order reference, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN on the outside of the parcel.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorisation email. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Paystack).
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will also refund reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of a shipping receipt.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, specification, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
