1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FirstSupply.ng website and any purchases made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are exclusive of VAT and delivery. Applicable VAT (7.5%) and a delivery fee are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.
• Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Minor variations in appearance may occur.
• Technical specifications are sourced from manufacturers and are believed to be accurate but should be verified for mission-critical applications.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely. Where online card payment is available, it is handled by Paystack; we also accept bank transfers and other arranged methods.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed. Acceptance of your order is confirmed by our team.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. FirstSupply.ng is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

5. Warranty

• Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.
• FirstSupply.ng does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
• Warranty claims should be directed to sales@firstsupply.ng with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. Please review it before initiating a return.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, FirstSupply.ng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All original content on the FirstSupply.ng website — including text, layout, and product data we author — is the property of FirstSupply.ng and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without prior written consent.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, and model numbers shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify and describe the products we offer. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or authorised-distributor status for those brands unless we have explicitly stated otherwise. Where a recognised brand is specified we supply the genuine product; for general-purpose items we may offer quality-assured equivalents, which are described as such and confirmed before any order proceeds.
