• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.

• Technical specifications are sourced from manufacturers and are believed to be accurate but should be verified for mission-critical applications.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
• Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and other methods supported by Paystack.
• An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. This constitutes acceptance of your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. FirstSupply.ng is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

5. Warranty

• Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.
• FirstSupply.ng does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
• Warranty claims should be directed to sales@firstsupply.ng with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, FirstSupply.ng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
