How delivery is priced

Goods are imported to order from supplier warehouses abroad. At checkout we quote one Import, freight & clearing line to your Nigerian address, which covers:

• Carrier freight from the supplier's warehouse
• Estimated Nigerian import duty on the landed value
• Customs clearing and handling

FirstSupply is the importer of record on these consignments: we handle the customs entry and clearing, and you receive the goods delivered — you do not deal with Customs. Duty and clearing figures shown at checkout are estimates; where the actual amount differs materially we contact you before shipping. Nigerian VAT of 7.5% is applied to the invoice total.

We deliver to all major cities and industrial zones across Nigeria, including:

• Lagos (including Ikeja, Apapa, Lekki, and industrial estates)
• Port Harcourt and the Niger Delta region
• Abuja (FCT)
• Kano, Kaduna, and Northern Nigeria
• Other locations by arrangement — contact us for a quote

Delivery Timelines

Every order is imported to order from a supplier warehouse abroad, so the range covers supplier dispatch, international freight, customs clearing and final delivery. Timelines are estimates and vary with origin, freight mode and clearing.

Heavy & Oversized Equipment

For large items such as transformers, compressors, pumps, valves, and switchgear, we coordinate specialised logistics including:

• Flatbed truck or crane delivery where required
• Tail-lift or Hiab/crane offload arranged for items over 100 kg
• Onsite installation support (available for qualifying orders)
